I build software for the organizations I run — an orchestra, a publishing house, a foundation — and design sites for other arts, healthcare, and nonprofit teams.
None of this started as a software business. It started with problems nobody sold a fix for: cataloging orchestral works with real instrumentation data, keeping books current across several small organizations, delivering digital sheet music reliably.
So I built the tools, mostly with AI assistance, and ran them in production on my own operations first. Some of them grew into products. The rest of the practice is design work for organizations like the ones I run.

Accounting Automation
A QuickBooks Online–connected app that keeps small-business books current: transaction categorization, review workflows, and reporting. Built because I needed it for my own companies' books; it now runs them daily.
Ensemble Music Library Management
A platform that helps orchestras, choirs, and bands catalog their sheet music, track parts and copies, log performance history, and plan seasons — replacing the spreadsheets most libraries run on. A curated classical music reference database auto-fills instrumentation, duration, and publisher as you catalog, and natural-language repertoire search is in development. Built to answer a question I kept hitting as a conductor: what exists, and what does it take to perform it?
macOS Menu Bar App
A tiny macOS menu bar app that keeps AI coding usage limits visible at a glance — Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, and more — with detailed meters and reset countdowns. Built because I work across all of them daily and kept getting surprised.
Personal Operations System
A personal operating system for running my work and organizations — tasks, calendar, email context, contacts, projects, and notes — with a server backend and web, iOS, and macOS clients. It's also the proving ground: patterns get tested here before they show up in anything I ship.
Resonance Music Press Operations
A commerce platform purpose-built for digital sheet music sales and rentals — catalog management, score delivery, and licensing and rental workflows in one system. I'm building it custom because, to my knowledge, no platform exists for this use case; the design comes from years of running publishing operations on general-purpose e-commerce tools and working around their limits.
In development: CareLedger, an iOS-first, local-first pet-care ledger, and a family of Spanish–English apps for bilingual households.

Accounting platform site with service tiers, transparent pricing, and integrated onboarding for bookkeeping, tax planning, and CFO advisory services.
Funding and program operations for nonprofits, established government contractors, and public-sector organizations — funding-pipeline sprints, solicitation analysis, compliant proposal development, and post-award program support.
Integrated mental health practice in Arlington, Texas — counseling, medication management, assessment, and massage therapy, with bilingual support and client portal integration. Plus internal KPI dashboards covering revenue, visit volume, attendance, and payer mix.
Site for a small app studio that ships its own focused products and takes a few client builds a year — studio products, founder MVPs, custom business apps, and static sites.
Custom websites built with modern frameworks — from single-page sites to platforms with authentication and databases.
The unglamorous software that keeps small organizations running: bookkeeping workflows, document generation, digital delivery, integrations.
